Redigaffi produced since 1994, is the flagship wine of Tua Rita, which is based at Suvereto in the province of Livorno. It is a single-variety Merlot that mature in small oak casks for eighteen months. From meticulously selected grapes about 10.000 bottles are released to market.
Giusto di Notri, this historical wine brought Tua rita towards the success with the first vintage in 1992; it rapresents the true expression of the winery’s terroir in all its facets.
It is a Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc blend that mature in small oak casks for twelve months. About 25.00 bottles are released to market.
